Log House Refinishing

This 2,600 sq. ft. house was built in 2000. The logs were fir with yellow cedar tongue and groove skirting and had not been re-stained since in was built 20 years ago. A couple of the logs on the south side of the house were repaired/replaced with cedar logs and there was substantial weather an UV damage.

We were asked to restore the house to its original condition. This required blasting away the existing stain, UV and weather damage with a crushed glass media and then applying three coats of Sansin, Espresso colour stain.
